While many seek first to improve the outer conditions of their lives in order to find peace, the truly wise have turned inward, to improve the inner environment, purify the mental landscape.
When we are able to master our mind (using Vipassana meditation), everything becomes easier. Our mind becomes clearer and more focussed, we feel more in harmony with our emotions, and we create mental space for ourselves, which melts stress and puts us firmly in the driver's seat of our lives.
